I still cant believe that Ive officially been converted to a Crackberry addict. My BB 8520 sticks to my side like a groupie with bad credit. So now that I'm a card-carrying charter member of #teamblackberry, I'm amped about the news that the 3G Curve is on the way...
*Research In Motion (RIM) has announced the launch of their latest Blackberry model, the BlackBerry Curve 3G. The new smartphone is designed to support high-speed 3G (HSDPA) networks. In the U.S., the two wireless networks which use HSDPA include AT&T and T-Mobile USA, but it looks like T-Mobile will be the first to get the new BlackBerry.

Tech Toys: Space Invader Couch
at 6:00 PM 0 commentsIf you were asked to describe the aliens from the classic video game, Space Invaders, the words that come to mind would probably be “dangerous,’ “tenacious,” and perhaps “organized.”
Designer Igor Chak has come up with a concept piece of furniture that any classic video game player would love to have in their living room or game room. This Space Invader Couch, according to Igor, would be covered with black leather in addition to a couple of glass surfaces for added flair. The couch would also be stuffed with memory foam to keep your posterior happy during those long video game sessions.
No word on when this couch will actually hit the market as Igor is currently looking for a company to help bring his Space Invader Couch to retail. You can probably bet if it does, the price will be on the expensive side like most unique furniture. Still – it looks awesome!

Tech Toys: Louis Vuitton Tambour Spin Time (flylyf.com)
at 2:00 PM 0 commentsOk, Im going to be honest with ya'll: Im not quite sure how to read this watch! LMAO! All I can say for sure is that its PAINFULLY outta my price range...but I want it! Time to get my hustle on...here's some clarity from Diego @ Flylyf.com:
This tambour spin time watch has no hour hands, instead they use a system of rotating cubes. That is, at any given hour, 11 of the 12 cubes are “blank” and one cube shows you what hour it is. One drawback is its price — $47,000. you need deep pockets for this one….

Tech Toys: The Slip Watch
at 6:00 PM 1 commentsEvery single time you want to check your watch to read the time, you have to twist your arm around just to read it. Thankfully someone has finally had the common sense to create a watch that you don’t have to be a contortionist to read. Sure, you could always turn your arm to read the time, but this is so much easier.
Of course, the watch looks a little silly with the face slightly angled, but it keeps things interesting. The Slip Watch doesn’t exactly have numbers printed on it, so until you get used to the lack of labeling it might still take a few extra seconds to read the watch. After that though you’ll have the ability to be much more lazy about reading the time. Sadly this doesn’t appear to be a purchasable item. It seems to be purely a concept by the NonLinear Studio.

Yes, Its finally summer. With my birthday right around the corner, Ive decided to put together my "tech wishlist" for my friends with DEEP pockets:
Casio EX-FH100
The compact point-and–shoot camera world is a crowded field in consumer electronics. To differentiate its offerings from the rest of the pack, Casio's EX line sports 1,000-fps shooting for capturing ultra-fast moments and making slow-motion video.
